Our Approach
Our Mission
Elevation Story is a U.S.- based, nonprofit organization that was founded in 2014 to provide nutritional supplements and wellness programs to orphanages in Southeast Asia. Over the years, our mission has evolved to include programs designed to end the cycle of addiction so prevalent in this part of the world. We believe that if addiction and human trafficking are going to be eliminated, we must reduce demand by the process of rehabilitation… one individual at a time.
Escape
Through a combination of counseling and mentoring, our goal is to help free individuals from the chains of addiction. While escaping addiction is the first step, the recidivism rate is extremely high unless coupled with education and employment.
Educate
An education is critical to sustaining an addiction free life. We provide access to all levels of education, from grammar school through high school. The English language is now the official business language of Southeast Asia and through our partnership with SEAL Language School, we provide access to learn English.
Employ
Once an individual has completed the process of rehabilitation and obtained or refined their education, we offer vocational training and job placement assistance to ensure that they are on a sustainable path to lifelong success.
Our Programs
impact investing
Providing entrepreneurs financial support in the form of grants and loans, which enables them to generate income in their local communities.
Elevation Story has had the opportunity to assist several farmers and entrepreneurs through financial assistance and micro-lending. By enabling farmers to raise crops and livestock, our financial support has given them the ability to remain in their homes, which preserves their family units and contributes to the well-being of their villages. Our goal is to address economic challenges and provide recurring income within these rural villages, which will reduce drug use, eliminate the need to generate income through human trafficking, and prevent children from ending up in orphanages due to financial need.
Supply chain development
Our team assists local farmers and business entities by establishing partnerships for the distribution of goods and services, beyond their local contexts, to reach a global customer base.
Elevation Story has had the opportunity to address vocational needs in rural mountain villages in Southeast Asia. Due to geographic isolation and a lack of economic opportunities, many rural farmers are forced to leave behind their farms and families in order to find higher paying jobs. These economic struggles have led to problems related to the degradation of family units, increased crime and substance abuse, and susceptibility to human trafficking and the illicit sex trade.

Elevation Story encourages interested people to go and visit Southeast Asia to observe firsthand the living conditions in this part of the world. Elevation Story leads short term trips to Southeast Asia at least once a year.
